I found value in the stress-reduction advice but the overall philosophy felt too extreme. I don't think we need to abandon our opinions to have healthy relationships. Some good points but mixed feelings overall. Not a perfect book.
This book is offensive. It tells women to be submissive to get financial support. That's not empowerment. It's exploitation. I can't believe this was published. Total garbage. I'm returning it immediately.
This book made me uncomfortable in the wrong way. It shames independent women. I don't think we need to go back to traditional roles to have successful relationships. Not for me. I'm disappointed and returning it.
I appreciated the practical advice but found the tone condescending. The content about letting go of control is valuable, but the delivery put me off. I'll apply some of the communication tips but can't embrace the whole package. Mixed feelings overall. Not a perfect fit for me.
I appreciated the practical advice on reducing stress but the overall message didn't sit right. I don't think we need to revert to traditional roles to be happy. I'll take the communication tips and leave the rest. Not fully convinced but some useful points.
